Koganei Kaoru is the character who weilds the Kougon Anki and who has a tragic past. He's one of the youngest in the Hokage that weilds a Madougu yet proves himself more then enough countless times. His past haunts him, pushing him forward to keep the promise that Kurei had made to him so many years ago. This fanlisting & Shrine is for the character who wields the kougan anki, the fanged boy of the series, Koganei Kaoru.
